The double screw plodder soap plodder machine is composed of two single screw shaft machines and adopts their own close deceleration transmission system. The plodder is to extrude and knead the stirred and grinded soap flakes, thin and short bars, soap powder and other soap making materials into continuous plastics bar soap body for printer to print and shape. This machine adopts double single spiral outlet, driven by the lower frequency conversion motor, with wide range of speed regulation, which can be well matched with the printing. The outlet is equipped with temperature-controlled electric heating device to ensure that the soap body has internal strength and good appearance quality.
The plodder is devided into two kinds: single screw plodder and double screw plodder. The capcity contains 50-100/150/300/500/1000kg/h, and larger capacity we support custom. In daily produce process, the plodder is core part of the whole soap line, it determine the extrude soap basic shape, the output plate is changeable, rectangle or round shape all available. When using plodder, it normal connect with three roller mill by the conveyor, and next machine will be cutter or printer to make the final finish soap blocks.
Plodder is made of stainless steel add carbon steel, when using need connect with chiller to keep the machine tempeture in certain degree, protect the machine and extend the using life.
