The printer is the most important in soap making process, it contain control part, conveyor to connect with the former soap extrude plodder machine, then stampe both logo and shape on the soap surface. The soap mold is changeable and support custom service. All parts will be finely adjustment before pack and send. After finishing the production of the printer, we will arrange machine testing and record video to you to show each part working function.
The soap bar is driven by the fixed and movable molds to be formed in the soap cavity and removed from the mould by a mechanical pusher. This machine better to cut the soap, molding and printing. Printing, moulding and printing process requirements directly on the soap bar extruded from the plodder. Adopting imported linear sliding guide rail, which greatly reduces the friction factors between parts and improves the movement precision and movement flexibility. With synchronous soap pushing system, printing once, synchronous soap pushing once, to ensure that the soap does not stick to the mould.
