Automated palletizing execution
Positioning and Grasping: The robotic arm or nylon gripper is driven by a three-axis servo system to accurately grasp materials and adapt to packaging bags of different materials (such as polypropylene woven bags and kraft paper bags).
Layered stacking: According to the planning scheme, materials are transferred and grouped before being pushed onto pallets. The stacking is completed layer by layer through the coordination of the lifting mechanism, and the pallets automatically descend to the corresponding height after each layer is stacked.
Full stack output: After reaching the set number of layers, the finished stack is transported by the conveyor to the fork waiting area, and at the same time, the new pallet is automatically replenished to achieve continuous operation.
The high-level palletizer is currently a palletizing equipment suitable for large chemical enterprises.
