Machine Introduction
Desktop automatic capping machine is a compact and easy to operate small automated equipment, mainly suitable for tightening plastic flat top threaded caps in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical, especially for small and medium-sized production scenarios. The core workflow includes feeding positioning, lid sorting and grabbing, lid rotation operation, quality inspection, and discharge, etc. Efficient sealing is achieved through mechatronics design.
Feeding and positioning system: The bottles are conveyed to the designated position through a conveyor belt or manual feeding, and the positioning device is used to ensure that the container is centered and aligned, providing a precise foundation for capping.
Lid sorting and grabbing mechanism: After manually pouring the bottle cap into the hopper, the lid sorting device sorts the direction of the lid through a motor or vibrating disc, and the blower or mechanical arm transports the positive lid to the lid dropping device. Then, the capping punch completes the capping and grabbing actions.
Screw cap execution unit: driven by a motor, the rotating shaft and matching fixture achieve threaded engagement between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth through friction bands or locking wheels. Some models support torque adjustment to control the tightness of the screw cap.
Detection and Control System: Using PLC control core, torque measurement or sealing testing can be performed on the quality of the screw cap, and non-conforming products are automatically removed. The waterproof design of the tabletop is easy to clean and maintain
