The crushed material enters the classification chamber with the airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification rotor, the particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by the classification rotor and centripetal force generated by the viscosity of the airflow. When the centrifugal force received by the particles is greater than the centripetal force, the coarse particles on the classification diameter return to the crushing chamber to continue crushing the fine particles below the classification diameter, which enter the powder collector for collection with the airflow.
