Principle:
1.Feed: Wood enters the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. The feeding methods include tangential and axial, and tangential feeding has good universality and is suitable for various materials; Axial feeding is suitable for crushing grains, and can also be used for crushing grass after installation and slicing.
2.Crushing:
Hammer Strike: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the hammer installed on the rotor also rotates at high speed. After the wood enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating hammer will generate a strong impact force on the wood, shattering it into smaller fragments. The shape, quantity, size, and rotational speed of the hammer can all affect the impact effect and crushing efficiency
Collision friction: Wood fragments hit by hammer blades splash around the crushing chamber, colliding with the inner walls, toothed plates, and other wood fragments of the crushing chamber. At the same time, wood fragments are subjected to strong friction between the hammer and sieve. These collisions and frictions further break and refine the wood fragments, gradually reaching the desired crushing particle size
Airflow effect: During the crushing process, the high-speed rotation of the rotor will drive the surrounding air to form a high-speed airflow. Wood fragments accelerate in the airflow and repeatedly impact and collide with the airflow, resulting in better crushing effect. In addition, the airflow can timely carry away the fine particles after crushing, avoiding excessive accumulation in the crushing chamber and affecting the crushing efficiency
Screening: The crushed wood particles move towards the edge of the crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force. Particles smaller than the sieve size can be discharged through the sieve and become the final crushed product; Particles larger than the sieve size will be left in the crushing chamber and continue to be hit, collided, and rubbed by the hammer until their size decreases enough to pass through the sieve
Discharge: The crushed wood particles through sieve holes are transported to the aggregate drum or other designated collection device under the action of airflow or other conveying devices, completing the entire crushing process
